Daycare Prices

Quick link: Admin > Store Configuration > Price & Service Options

1. Single Full Day

In Price & Service Options, add the price for a single full day in Add Service & Add-on Price Option.

  • Select Daycare
  • Set Fixed Day(s) to 1
  • Check Set Price Option
  • Set Price

2. Half Day

If your daycare offers half-day daycare, contact us to enable this option. 

3. Packages

In Price & Service Options, add the price for daycare packages in Add Service & Add-on Price Option.

  • Select Daycare
  • Set Fixed Day(s) to number of days in a package
  • Check Set Price Option
  • Set Price

4. Share Family Package

By default, daycare packages are not shared between family pets. If your daycare allows family pets to share daycare packages, contact us to enable this option.

5. Add-on and Tax Set Up

Choose add-on option if this service is an add-on. Learn more about set up taxes. 

 

 

Grooming Prices

Quick link: Admin > Store Configuration > Price & Service Options

1. Set at Check-out 

In Price & Service Options, if your grooms are not pre-configured; instead, they are set after a pet is checked-in based on seasonality among other factors, leave Set Price unchecked. 

2. Add Additional Grooming Service Types (e.g., Full Groom, Bath & Bath) 

If you'd like to schedule appointments by various grooming service types, at the bottom of Price & Service Options, Add Grooming Service Category, add multiple grooming service types. 

Once added, in Online Booking and PawsAdmin appointment scheduling pages, you can choose a service type from the Choose a Service Type drop-down list. 

 In groomer schedule, you can select associated service categories (ie, Jennifer does all grooms, Ryan does not do cat grooms), so the right appointments are scheduled with the right groomer. 

3. Pre-set Price by Breed or Size

Once multiple types of grooming services are set up, you can pre-set prices in Breed List. 

5. Add-on 

In Price & Service Options, you can set add-ons (exclusive or not to Grooming booking) , which will be shown at booking to help you up-sell and cross-sell.

Training Prices

1. Single Training Session

In Price & Service Options, add the price for a single training session in Add Service & Add-on Price Option.

  • Select Training
  • Set Fixed Day(s) to 1
  • Check Set Price Option
  • Set Price

3. Training Packages (Classes)

In Price & Service Options, add the price for training packages in Add Service & Add-on Price Option.

  • Select Training 
  • Set Fixed Day(s) to number of training sessions in the package
  • Check Set Price Option
  • Set Price

4. Share Family Package

By default, training packages are not shared between family pets. If your program allows family pets to share training packages, contact us to enable this option.

5. Add-on and Tax Set Up

Choose add-on option if this service is an add-on. Learn more about set up taxes. 

 

Boarding Prices

In Boarding prices, you can set different price types. Additionally, you can set feeding and add-on prices. 

Once set, you will find the option in Boarding booking. Once a pet is checked-in, the invoice is automatically populated for you to save you time.

Dog-walking Prices

1. Single Dog-walking Session

In Price & Service Options, add the price for a single dog-walking session in Add Service & Add-on Price Option.

  • Select Dog-walking
  • Set Fixed Day(s) to 1
  • Check Set Price Option
  • Set Price

3. Packages 

In Price & Service Options, add the price for training packages in Add Service & Add-on Price Option.

  • Select Dog-walking
  • Set Fixed Day(s) to number of training sessions in the package
  • Check Set Price Option
  • Set Price

4. Share Family Package

By default, dog-walking packages are not shared between family pets. If your program allows family pets to share dog-walking packages, contact us to enable this option.

5. Add-on and Tax Set Up

Swimming / Hydrotherapy Prices

1. Single Swim Session

In Price & Service Options, add the price for a single swim session in Add Service & Add-on Price Option.

  • Select Swimming
  • Set Fixed Day(s) to 1
  • Check Set Price Option
  • Set Price

3. Swimming Packages (Classes)

In Price & Service Options, add the price for training packages in Add Service & Add-on Price Option.

  • Select Swimming
  • Set Fixed Day(s) to number of swimming sessions in the package
  • Check Set Price Option
  • Set Price

4. Share Family Package

By default, swimming packages are not shared between family pets. If your program allows family pets to share swimming packages, contact us to enable this option.

5. Add-on and Tax Set Up

Other Service Prices

1. Single Session

In Price & Service Options, add the price for a single session in Add Service & Add-on Price Option.

  • Select Your Custom Service Name
  • Set Fixed Day(s) to 1
  • Check Set Price Option
  • Set Price

3. Packages 

In Price & Service Options, add the price for training packages in Add Service & Add-on Price Option.

  • Select Your Custom Service Name
  • Set Fixed Day(s) to number of sessions in the package
  • Check Set Price Option
  • Set Price

Retail

In retail management, add retail inventory including prices. You can use the search box to instantly search by any keyword, and export the file in a variety of formats. 

At checkout, you can add a retail item to an open invoice by search by any keyword or use an integrated retail scanner. To use the scanner, set the Barcode field of the retail item to match the scanned barcode. Any standard retail scanner is compatible. 

View your inventory stock report anytime in Admin > Reporting. Understand your retail and other service revenue in Business Analytics. 

 

Tax

You can configure tax in Admin > Tax Management. You can set up a single tax rate or multiple tax rates.

You can choose different tax rates for retail items. 

At check out, it is easy to choose a pre-configured tax rate to ensure it meets your needs.
