How It Works
Boarding Map View
Follow the 'Plus Sign' or 'Boarding calendar' accessible on top of any page to go to the boarding Booking Map View.
In the Boarding Map View, you can see occupancy, create new and update existing bookings.
- Start with selecting the desired boarding start and end dates.
- Search for an existing client or add a new client on the go (Start with the essential fields, and you can always add more information at a later time).
- If the client has multiple pets, all the pets will be automatically shown to save you time.
- Select an open or share with a buddy. (Use search - we made this easy!)
Once ready, click Book for each pet, and fill in the boarding details, including feeding, medications/special schedule, add-ons, and notes. You can always make updates at a later time or fill in more details when the pet is dropped off.
This information is used to populate your team's boarding to-do lists and a pet's printable kennel card, once the boarding pet is checked-in.
Click 'Confirm', and you are all set. Follow the 'Show Invoice' button to view estimated costs and make updates.
If you have set up a required deposit for boarding at booking, you accept a deposit payment on the invoice page by checking the 'Deposit' checkbox.
Alternatively, a client can pre-pay for the entire stay, or at a later time such as checkout.

In Daily Calendar View, you can easily access a day's bookings across all of your service offerings.

In Dashboard, you can easily see the number of open appointments to understand your business performance, to find the first opening. Dashboard
