Booking and Check-in notes

Both at booking and check-in, you will be prompted with the Confirm Pet Boarding Details Window where details of feedings, medication, add-on services, and extra booking notes will be collected. You can input these optional notes at booking or later at check-in. These notes are used to generate the team's boarding to-do lists and easy-to-fill report cards for you to use.

Payments

Invoices are automatically generated upon booking and you can complete the payment details by following the invoice link. For online portal customers, they can complete payments online.
