Here is a popular workflow we see for daycare.
- Book Daycare
- Regulars
- Plus Sign
- Or check pets in as walk-ins
- Check-in a pet, and invoices are automatically generated on Today’s dashboard if a pet is out of daycare days
- Check-in, if owes it would show you ‘owes’
- Follow the invoice link to the automatically generated invoice, choose the desired package and complete payment
- Once the invoice is closed, the owes link goes away
- Check out the client
ProTip: Always use search to instantly find the pet you are looking for (e.g., ‘owes’, ‘-in’, phone number, name, breed etc., anything that you see in the table is searchable). You should never have to read through the list to find a dog.
- Admin Feature – to change a package, check-in date etc.
