How It Works

It's important to check-in your customers quickly. With PawsAdmin, you can check in hundreds of customers instantly, while tracking essential notes and information. 

In Check-in Dashboard, you can find today's bookings for each service listed under its own tab.  When the pet is here, click on Check-in to instantly check-in a pet. You have the option to update the arrival status to be late, no-show, and so on. 

Pro-tip: If you have a lot of dogs booked for the day, type in any keyword in the search box to instantly find the correct pet. You can search by breed, pet name, customer name, phone number, or any field included in the booking table. 

Once checked-in, an invoice is automatically created for you, and all pre-configured prices will be automatically populated in the invoice. 

 

Additionally, you can view profile notes, grooming history, account balance, boarding report cards, update kennel assignment and so on.

Check-in boarding pets

Both at booking and check-in, you will be prompted with the Confirm Pet Boarding Details Window where details of feedings, medication, add-on services, and extra booking notes will be collected. You can input these optional notes at booking or later at check-in. These notes are used to generate the team's boarding to-do lists and easy-to-fill report cards for you to use.
