How It Works
Plus + Sign
Add bookings quickly by clicking on the plus sign on the top bar or going to monthly/weekly/daily calendar pages or setting up recurring appointments.
Once you've selected a date, an open appointment spot, you can search for a pet by any of the keywords. It will bring up the pet's vaccination status and Dog Walking notes. Read more about Dog Walking notes.
Weekly Dog Walking Calendar View
In Booking Circle, you can find the Dog Walking Weekly Calendar. You can filter by the dog walker's name and by booking status (open or filled) to easily access multiple views.
Daily Dog Walking Calendar View
In Daily Calendar View, you can easily access a day's bookings across all of your service offerings.
In the Dog Walking tab, you can Open Time Spots, Add New Booking, and view and update Current Bookings.
In Current Bookings,
- In the search box, you can instantly search by any keywords, sort, and export to a variety of file formats.
- If you click on Time Master Edit, You can switch the assigned dog walker, change the appointment time for that particular day, and update the booked pet to a different family pet.
Monthly Dog Walking Calendar View
In Dashboard, you can easily see the number of open appointments to understand your business performance, to find the first opening. Dashboard
