Why does it say 'Warning: This entry has multiple tickets open!' in Today's check-ins?

When a pet is checked-in and owes a balance, PawsAdmin tries to open an invoice automatically for you to save you time. 

If a pet is checked-in, however, the open invoice was never marked as closed, then these previously opened invoices will be shown as well. Click to open the invoice and look at the date.

  •  Close an old invoice with payment of zero if none was received. Once closed, you will no longer see the open invoice. 
  • You can remove the previous check-in date in admin if desired.
