Package balance troubleshooting

If you or the client are concerned that the account balance is incorrect, do not worry. You can find a full trace of pet check-in, purchase, and admin override history.

  1. In a pet's profile, under the Account balance and Check-in history, if you click on ‘Daycare Days remaining’, you will find the full history (including check-ins, purchases, and admin adjustments).

  • On 4/1, the pet started with a balance of zero, purchased 1 day, and used 1 day (checked-in), so ended up with a new balance of 0 at the end of day
  • On 4/2, he started with a balance of zero. He was checked-in, and the admin removed 2 days. He ended up with a negative balance of 3 days
  • On 4/6, he started with a -3 balance, was credited 15 days, and spent 1 day, ending up with a balance of 11 (-3+15-1).
