Configure Account Logins

There are 3 types of account logins: Admin logins, Non-admin logins, and Appointment staff logins (e.g., groomers, swimmers, trainers)

Step 1: Setup Appointment Staff

Once set, your appointment staff (e.g., groomers, trainers, dog walkers etc.) can log in to the staff account view on the go to check the schedule, leave notes, set price (optional), check-in and out of pets to help the business run smoothly. 

You can change your preference in the following areas.

  •  Read-Only Accounts and Write Accounts. In Read-only accounts, your appointment staff can only view their schedule. In the Write account, they can check-in pets, leave notes, and so on. 
  •  Show or hide customer phone number.

Note: You can Reset Appointment Staff Account Login anytime in Admin
