1: Profile Notes
Profile notes is an easy way to track pet behavior, health, incidents, alerts, preferred staff and so on associated with a specific pet. You can search, view and deactivate these notes at any time. Profile notes are shown during booking and check-in so you have important info handy.
2: Grooming Notes
Previous grooming notes are also shown at booking and check-in for quick reference to the pet's past hairstyle, price and groomer history. You can add new notes at booking, check-in, or directly from the profile page at any time. Grooming notes can also be updated from the individual groomer staff accounts.
